Application:
HD series Multi directional Movement Mixer is a novel materials mixing machine widely applicable to industries such as pharmaceutical, chemical, foodstuff and light industry as well as R&D. institutes. The machine canperform a very uniformmixing of power or granular materials with a good mobility.
1.The working principles
When the machine is in operation. because of the running actions of the mixing tank in multi direction, the now and diBRjsion of the various kinds of materials are sped up in the process of mixing. At the same time, the phenomenon is avoid that the congregation and segregation of the material in gravity ratio occaning dueto the centrifulgal force in the normalmixer and extremely good effect can be obtained.
2.Structure
HD series Multi directional Movement Mixer consists of the base, driving system. electric control system, multi-directional ,movement mechanism and mixingtank. The mixing tank to be in contact with the materials are made of quality stainless steel, with both inside and outside of the tank mirror polished.
3.Features
(1).Because the nixing tank performs a multi directional movement, there are manypoints of mixing with a good effect of mixing. The uniformity of the mixing isbeuer than that of the normal mixer.
(2).The shape of the mixing tank is reasonably designed with no death corner and both the inside and outside polished. The discharge of materials is free with no accumulation. It is easy to clean.
(3).The materials are mixed in an enclosed state. With no contamination to the working environment and materials.
