1. QCASeries Ultrasonic Cleaning Machine
Usage：
The machine used for the cleaning of the ampoule, oral liquid easy-open bottle and so on, also could use in the other field which related the cleaning of the glass ware, mechanical parts and so on.
\Principle and structure characteristic :
The machine take advantage of the ultrasonic spread in the liquid, which make the liquid get the forceful compress and exend in the ultrasonic field, arise the cavum and get cavitate effect, the cavum arise continuously , movement continuously, disappear continuously, when the cavum completely closed would arise very big energy wave from center to out, intensively impulsion the needed clean parts, like this decrease the dirty cling force and make the parts clean. The palte full with the ampoule or bottles drive by the stainless steel chain, which into the water infusion to firstly, when water full would stepwise dip into the ultrasonic cleaning box (the water box water temperature controlled about the 60℃ automaticlly),under the function of the ultrasonic make the dirty very clear (transfer speed could be adjusted according to user’s certain request) .
